WE HAVE AND ADHERE TO A NO REFUND POLICY.
At SKINVANA Medspa, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. We value your time and appreciate your understanding that our providers' time is equally valuable.
When appointments are canceled, rescheduled, or missed with little notice, we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This impacts our ability to serve other clients and directly affects our business operations and revenue.
While we understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can occur, we must maintain a consistent policy for all clients to operate effectively and fairly.
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
By scheduling an appointment with SKINVANA Medspa, you authorize us to charge any applicable cancellation, no-show, or late rescheduling fees in accordance with this policy. Appointments will not be confirmed without a credit card on file.
If a cancellation fee, no-show fee, or other authorized charge is incurred and we are unable to successfully process the card on file, the outstanding balance must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled.
Clients with unpaid cancellation fees will not be permitted to book additional appointments at SKINVANA Medspa until the balance has been satisfied. No exceptions will be made.
A $100 deposit is required for all consultations and treatment appointments.
Deposits will be applied toward the cost of your consultation or treatment.
Consultation deposits will be refunded only if the client elects not to move forward with treatment recommendations made during the consultation.
Treatment deposits will only be refunded if treatment cannot be performed due to a medical contraindication as determined by SKINVANA Medspa.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
The $100 deposit may be transferred to a future appointment or refunded upon request, subject to the terms outlined above.
Any appointment that is canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur:
• Forfeiture of the $100 deposit
• An additional $250 cancellation fee
Total Charge: $350
This policy applies to all appointments, including consultations, treatment appointments, prepaid services, package appointments, membership appointments, and promotional appointments.
The $350 cancellation fee will be enforced without exception.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Medical emergencies
• Personal emergencies
• Childcare issues
• Transportation or vehicle problems
• Work-related conflicts
• Family emergencies
• Weather-related delays
• Illness
• Any other unforeseen circumstances
We recognize that situations may arise that are outside of your control. However, your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. When a same-day cancellation occurs, we are often unable to fill that appointment slot, resulting in lost revenue and lost opportunities to accommodate other clients.
For this reason, all cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows occurring within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to the full cancellation fee.
Clients who have prepaid for treatments, packages, memberships, or promotional services and do not have a valid credit card on file will forfeit the value of the scheduled treatment if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
The treatment will be considered redeemed and cannot be reinstated, credited, or refunded.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent via text message from an automated no-reply system.
Do not reply to reminder text messages to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Responses to these messages are not monitored and do not constitute notice of cancellation.
Failure to receive a reminder does not waive any portion of this policy. Clients are solely responsible for knowing and managing their scheduled appointment times.

If we are unavailable, please leave a voicemail or send a text message with your full name and appointment details. The time your message is received will determine whether your cancellation falls within the required notice period.
By scheduling an appointment with SKINVANA Medspa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Appointment, Deposit & Cancellation Policy and authorize SKINVANA Medspa to charge any applicable fees in accordance with these terms.
