SKINVANA Medspa LLC Service and expire 60 days after membership termination.

*SV Loyalty Points are not redeemable in cash.

*SV Loyalty Points are non-transferrable. The point-based system is subject to change without notice

**Unused treatments do not rollover to the next month.

*SV Loyalty Points can ONLY be accrued while membership is active. Upon termination of the membership agreement, any remaining points must be used 30 days after membership termination.

*SV Loyalty benefits are valid until the last day of the final enrollment month and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the membership agreement.
